Description
Sustainable. 50% Primitivo and 50% Zinfandel. Zinfandel is grown at Connor Vineyard and Primitivo at Hodge Vineyard. Both vineyards are located on the Kubli Bench in Applegate Valley and are LIVE farmed. The diurnal shift in temperature preserves acid and makes some of the most interesting red wines in the world. Fruit goes the whole cluster into fermenters and is trodden daily until dry before being pressed into neutral French oak barrels where it aged for 12 months. Only a small amount of sulfur at bottling. 210 cases produced.
