Parker’s Heritage 19th Edition 122.5 Proof (61.25% ABV) is a Kentucky straight American whiskey produced as a limited release by the Heaven Hill Distillery. This 2025 expression represents the first multi-style blend in the series and utilizes a complex marriage of 160 barrels drawn from three distinct mash bills: a 15-year-old wheated bourbon, an 11-year-old straight corn whiskey, and a unique 12-year-old experimental whiskey comprised of rye and malted barley.
The maturation took place across diverse environments, with the wheated bourbon aging in Rickhouse A, the corn whiskey in Rickhouses DD, GG, and BB, and the rye-malt component in Rickhouse Y. This strategic blending yields a rich and complex profile of butterscotch, toasted marshmallow, and roasted nuts, balanced by a deep undercurrent of stewed apples and a spicy white pepper finish.
