Description
This Ctes-de-Provence ros comes from Domaine Rimauresq, a classified growth of Provence. The estate has been certified organic since 2020. The wines benefit from a certain freshness due to several factors. The vineyards are predominantly north-facing, at an altitude ranging from 140 to 190 meters. Furthermore, the combined influence of the Mistral wind and the shade of Notre-Dame des Anges church helps to cool the vines. This cuve is the result of a skillful blend of Cinsault, Grenache, Mourvdre, Carignan, and Syrah. A ros made using the press method, it comes primarily from the estate’s younger vines. Both vinification and aging (on fine lees) take place in stainless steel tanks.
This meticulously crafted wine reveals itself with finesse and a refreshing character. Indeed, its nose exudes delicate floral aromas, while the palate is supple and mineral. The classic vintage can therefore be enjoyed on its own as an aperitif or with a cold starter.
