It wasn’t so long ago that West Coast IPA was the category- fruity, crisp, and balanced IPAs still driven by a distinct bitterness. While we’ve clearly embraced the current wave andmodern character of popular IPA styles (we wouldn’t make so many if we hadn’t), we love to reinterpret a throwback.
Hello Brooklyn is an homage to Hello LA, the West Coast IPA standout from our Best Coast buds over at Highland Park Brewery. Like us, they brew wide variety of lagers, saisons and IPAs. The collab is a mash up of the old and new, incorporating what we’ve learned over the years about NEIPA and West Coast IPA to impart this beer with a Brooklyn twist. Packed with more “explosive” IPA hops than any other single IPA in our portfolio (Citra, Mosaic and Strata), it’s juicy and aromatic, crisp and drinkable. A taste of things to come.
