Your lecturer for this session is Reuben Oh, our co-founder. Over the last 5-6 years he has been to nearly all of Japan as a Young Sake Ambassador, initially invited to Japan during Covid by the Japanese embassy to Singapore. He visitedmultitudes of breweriesthrough his journey there, before deciding that the biggest respect he could do for the people and culture of sake brewing was to foolhardily attempt it in his own tropical island home.
