A welcome (albeit limited) addition to the Brookies range, is this “Slow” gin, in the style of English sloe. The point of difference here is that Davidson Plums are used instead of sloe berries. Considered a bush delicacy, the plum is indigenous to the Byron region and is packed with vitamins and minerals. The plums are steeped in Brookies Gin for several months. The maceration is diluted to 26% ABV with Mount Warning Spring water.
