100% blue agave tequila produced with just water, agave, yeast and nothing else. Bottled unfiltered by hand at the source in Los Altos de Jalisco.
Proprietary blend of two unique tequilas distilled at NOM 1414 80% produced from natural wild yeast, and 20% produced from champagne yeast imported from France.
Developed in partnership with Sergio Vivanco of the highly regarded NOM 1414, master distiller Sergio Cruz, and Adam Fodor, President of the International Tequila Academy.
NOSE: Vanilla, banana, honey, and caramel
PALATE: Banana, vanilla, cooked agave, oak, and baking spice
FINISH: Long, dry finish with notes of vanilla, oak, and cooked agave
