An insanely sessionable West Coast IPA. Expect a beautiful nose of persimmon fruit with notes of guava carried on an ocean breeze from the dry hop. Following this is a classic body of woody bitterness and orange peel with notes of cacao, which leads into a lingering bitter tail that coats the tongue.
