200 L Copper Alembic Still, double distilled
Triple sediment cellulose filtration
Nose – Intricate tropical floral aromas, green mango and orchids balanced by subtle notes of leather and tanned hide. Multifaceted hints of olive, brewers yeast, pipe tobacco with a distant bushfire smoke.
Palate – Full-bodied and complex flavours of cream, parmesan cheese and olive oils balanced with bitter earthy notes of dark cacao, burnt marshmallow and smoked beef.
