The extended maturation process further develops the aroma, complexity and leaving the spirit with a hypnotically beautiful golden hue.

The Ruhezeit or resting time after we have carefully fermented and distilled this fruit add to the enhanced sweetness and allows for a perfectly balanced flavour profile.
