100% blue agave tequila aged in American oak casks. Our tequila has subtly fruity and sweet agave notes, with aromas of wood, roasted almonds and vanilla standing out. Rested in new American oak casks, resulting in the perfect balance of taste and smoothness. Gran Centenario Reposado provides a touch of fruit on the nose, with sweet tones of cooked agave and light hints of oak, toasted almonds, vanilla, and clove.

Description

Gran Centenario – Reposado Tequila is made from 100% Blue Weber agave cultivated in Jalisco, harvested only when fully mature. Pias are slowcooked to convert inulin into fermentable sugars, then crushed to release the sweet juice.

Fermentation proceeds in stainless steel tanks with natural or selected yeasts before the wash is distilled, typically twice, in copper pot stills or stainless steel columns. For reposado and aejo styles, the spirit rests in oak barrels, where it develops additional complexity while keeping agave character at the forefront.

Production is carried out with respect for tradition and modern quality standards, yielding a tequila that reflects discipline and heritage.
