Description
Biodynamic single vineyard Tinto Fino (aka Tempranillo) planted in the 80s, hand harvested and fermented with native yeast and aged all in steel, no wood, then bottled unfiltered with minimal sulfur added. Spicy dark fruited with smoky earth and leather. Steak wine.
