Description
Emily’s Paddock is exceptional upon release and will age beautifully over many years in a good cellar. This red blend is primarily Shiraz with a notable addition of Cabernet Franc. While much has been said about the “terroir” differences between Jasper Hill Emily’s and Georgia’s, it’s the Cabernet Franc that truly sets them apart. The nose is wonderfully fragrant and vibrant.
