Here the well-draining soils and moderate sun exposure yield smaller, concentrated grapes that ripen slowly and evenly developing a medley of complex flavors. This cuvee of 100% Cabernet Sauvignon features fruit from premiere vineyards, including Jack and Dolores Cakebread’s Hill Ranch Vineyard in Rutherford.
