Description
Komos Anejo Cristalino is aged for a minimum of 1 year in French oak white wine barrels. It is then filtered through activated charcoal to remove impurities. An adoption of the wine-making technique of tumbling the liquid to incorporate more oxygen for a richer mouthfeel. Finally bottled in handmade vitrified porcelain.
Tasting notes – Aromas of sugared pineapple, bright agave freshness and lime zest. Smooth on the palate with lilac-scented lime and a wash of tangerine peel converge for a tart starkness. Mineral-driven and dry.
