| What La Luna Mezcal Manso Sahuayo + Azul Big Baris known for being incrediblyfloral and fruity, often described as a more delicate and aromatic experience compared to the heavy “earth and smoke” profile of Oaxacan mezcals. The nose is very bright, featuring high-toned scents offresh flowers,vanilla, and a distinctsweet citrus blossom(like orange or lemon trees). On the palate, it has a “confectionary” sweetness. Youll tasteripe tropical fruitsspecifically pineapple and melonblended withcooked agaveand a light, herbal hint offresh mint. Because it is distilled using a wooden “Big Bar” (pinewood trunk), it has a remarkablysoft and silky mouthfeel.
