J.J. Corry “The Flintlock” is a blend of three, 100% 16-Year-Old single malts aged in ex-bourbon casks, meticulously chosen for their individual flavor profiles. This special expression won Best Irish Single Malt over 13 years old in the Irish Whiskey Awards 2018. This is JJ Corrys first small-scale true Bonders Blend. A very limited release of 400 bottles, this Irish blend has sweet hints of coconut, baking spice, and peachiness.

J.J. Corry ‘The Flintlock’ Batch No. 1 Irish Whiskey Tasting Notes

Nose: Notes of sweet and light coconut ice cream on the nose with hints of lemon, followed by clover and honey.

Palate: The palate is initially sweet, with peach on the mid-palate.

Finish: The finish is clean and super-balanced, with notes lingering.

Founded in 2015 by Louise McGuane, J.J. Corry Irish Whiskey is known as Irelands first modern Whiskey Bonder. Irish Whiskey Bonding is a business where Bonders all across the Island would source casks and make new Whiskey Spirit to age and blend for local customers.
