Csar Florido Oloroso Cruz del Mar, imported by De Maison Selections, is a dry, 12-year solera-aged Sherry from Chipiona, Spain. Produced from Palomino grapes in the Balbana and Miraflores vineyards, this oxidative sherry (19% ABV) features complex notes of caramel, toasted hazelnuts, walnuts, and dried fruits with a silky finish.
