Humboldt Distillery is located in Fortuna, California, a small town in Humboldt County. Humboldt is home to the worlds tallest trees, long stretches of undeveloped coastline, pristine rivers, and redwoods as old as the dinosaurs.
The spirit we wish to bottle is not only our organic liquor but also the spirit of the wilderness that surrounds us.
