A 100% New York State Straight Bourbon Whiskey produced from local grains, this masterfully-crafted bourbon is made from a proprietary four-grain mash bill of 65% corn, and 35% oats, rye, and barley. This premium small batch bourbon is aged in new charred oak barrels and was specifically selected by Rollie Fingers. This distinguished whiskey is overflowing with copious notes of clove and allspice on the front end, finishing gently with hints of burnt caramel, butterscotch, and honey.
