Distilled in 2009, the whisky matured for 15 years, beginning in bourbon hogsheads and finishing for three years in casks that previously held a heavily peated Islay single malt from Caol Ila.

Nose: It has very pleasant and lovely aromas.

Palate:Grassy smoke to the vibrant vanilla, oily oak, baked apples, and candied nuts at its core.

Finish: Perfect, long lasting finish.

Distillery Information

Located in the Highland town of Invergordon, established by Invergordon Distillers Ltd. and operating since 1961 is the Invergordon grain distillery. It is one of only six dedicated grain distilleries in Scotland, and is famous for their Coffey stills, from which they produce some of the finest grain whisky in the world.
