Organic, old school Salice Salentino from a beloved third generation vintner. Old vine 85% Negroamaro and 15% Malvasia Nera. Wild yeasts and no added sulfur. Medium-full and rustic, with deep black plummy fruits, licoricey spice, and cigar box. Perfect for burgers, lasagna, or whatever’s coming off the grill.
