Mijentas Symphony Series explores the elegance of barrel aging using unique casks built from staves of different wood varieties. This reposado is matured for approximately 8 months in symphony barrels crafted from oak sourced from Minnesota, Missouri, Pennsylvania, and Virginia.

Nose: Well-balanced aromas of cooked agave, vanilla, caramel, and banana, with hints of citrus fruits, herbs, and almonds.

Palate: Agave, vanilla, caramel, and banana lead the way, followed by chocolate, almond, mint, and spices like cardamom and clove.

Finish: Impressive length on the finish, very unique and complex.
