Caves So Joo was founded in 1920 and is one of Portugals most historic and respected wine producers, particularly known for its long-aging wines from the Bairrada region. Quinta do Poo do Lobo serves as the estates flagship vineyard, producing structured reds capable of extended maturation. The winery became famous for releasing perfectly aged wines directly from its cellars, often decades after harvest.
