Smoke Wagon Bib Rye – 750ML

Smoke Wagon’s first bonded whiskey, this unique rye is unusual for using the barely rye mashbill that’s similar to certain Kentucky brands (Wild Turkey, Rittenhouse, Pikesville), which favor a 51% rye mashbill, with the difference being mostly corn, and 10-15% malted barley. This low-rye mashbill makes up the entire difference with corn, even though the much-lauded distillery in Lawrenceburg, where this is distilled, typically uses a 95% rye/5% malted barley mashbill.
