Description

60% Merlot and 40% Cabernet Sauvignon from organic vineyards on a hill overlooking the Garonne river, just south of the city of Bordeaux, destemmed, wild fermented and aged mostly in steel with 10% in small barrel for a year, then bottled with minimal sulfur added. Medium bodied with dark red plum fruit, olive and spice.
