Nose: Aged oak, leather, dark caramel, tobacco leaf, baking spice and dried cherry.

Palate: Rich toffee, dark fruit, roasted pecan, vanilla bean, seasoned oak, clove and brown sugar.

Finish: Long, warming and deeply layered with oak, char, spice and lingering caramelized sweetness.

Nashville Barrel Company’s story began in 2018 when three friends, frustrated by bourbon shortages, started buying their own barrels for whiskey picks, growing from sourcing to opening their own distillery in 2021, known for single barrels and expanding to a new Kentucky location for authentic distilling.
