We source the finest 5-year old Rye. Then, rest it in French oak Syrah barrels to create an ultra premium whiskey with a rich, smooth body and notes of caramel, vanilla, smoke and spice.

Boulevardier
1.5 oz Jackson McCrea Rye Whiskey
3/4 oz Sweet Vermouth
3/4 oz Campari
stir – don’t shake
serve over a large rock
garnish with lemon twist
Black Manhattan
2 oz Jackson McCrea Rye Whiskey
1 oz Averna
16 dashes of Sorgum and Sassafrass bitters
1 dash of chocolate bitters
stir with ice until chilled
then pour using cocktail strainer
garnish with thin orange slice and star anise
