What would happen if we aged our gin like bourbon? Waterloo Barrel-Aged Gin spends 2 years in first-use medium char American oak barrels to develop rich wood flavors that compliment the botanical backbone of our distinctive gin. This dark spirit crossover tastes familiar yet completely new.
Waterloo Gin pours together limestone-fed spring water and local botanicals in a bouquet of Hill Country flavors. We harvest botanicals unique to the Texas Hill Country and use innovative distillation techniques to create modern twists on classic spirits.
