It is traditionally made with only three ingredients: agave, deep well water, and yeast. The agave is cooked in traditional brick ovens for 72 hours, then crushed using a roller mill to release the agave juice for fermentation. The resulting tequila is double-distilled to preserve its natural freshness and clean profile.
