Sparkling Corpinnat that’s also a Blanc de Noir, made from the Xarel.lo Rojo variety indigenous to Penedes. Made in the ancestral method, it has delicate, moussey bubbles and round fruit. Fresh acidity to keep it crisp, but with excellent length.
