100% Cortese from organic vineyards in Gavi, farmed and produced naturally by Stefania Carrea. This is made in 700L amphora with 6 months of skin contact and bottled unfiltered with minimal sulfur. Nice weight and texture with notes of apple skin, wild herbs and crushed walnut.
