One of four brut natures in the domaines parcellaire collection, this cuve features 100 percent pinot noir from a vineyard called Les Bergres,” which is French for shepherdess. The wine is aged in used oak barrels hewn out of trees felled from the family land. Vincent calls his pinot grapes from this parcel as pinots of the sun, due to their southern sun exposure. This prime positioning is responsible for juicy, aromatic, fruit-forward grapes that lend depth and complexity. Vincent pro tip: Enjoy this after a gentle decant.
