French for unexpected, LInattendue is made from 100 percent pinot meunier. Though rare for the Champagne region, pinot meunier accounts for 40 percent of grapes grown on the estate. Vinified in stainless steel and with only 1.5 g/l of dosage in the finish, this cuve represents the specificities of its unique terroir and highlights the natural beauty and complexity of the pinot meunier grape.
