Christoph Hoch plays by his own rules. This is Riesling from a number of microplots in Hollenburger, each fermented and aged separately in barrel, then blended from the ’16, ’17 and ’18 vintages. Yeah. Medium bodied and bone dry. Truly unique and definitely for the more adventurous natural wine nerds.
