Description
Matured in Spanish Oak from Galicia and Asturias, specifically from forests in the Cantabrian Mountains, this mahogany malt showcases exotic spices and loads of candied ginger alongside shortbread and dried fruits. The difference from the previous two whiskies is night and day, even with the 48% ABV being the same throughout. The spices carry the finish into completely new single malt territory.
