Description
This cuve is one of two new additions to the Mathieu-Gandon portfolio, and fatcork fans are the first to try it. The chardonnay grapes for this stunning vintage are from parcels that Sverine recently inherited from her grandfather in Verzy. During fermentation, 20 percent of the juice ferments in used oak, while 80 percent hangs out in stainless steel.
