NEW vintage from New Zealand!
Greywacke Sauvignon Blanc, sourced from Marlborough’s Southern Valleys and central Wairau plains, is always a great example of New Zealand’s most famous wine export, and the just-arrived 2025 vintage may be the best offering we’ve tasted!
Taking its name from the ‘greywacke’ river stones that are foundthroughout the vineyards, this crisp, fresh Sauvignon Blanc delivers all the citrus and minerality one expects in a Kiwi wine, with the fragrance ofwhiteflowers and flavors of stone fruit and pear joining in the celebration!
The classic pairing of goat cheese, particularly in a salad of herbs and fruit, highlights the sweet-tart acidity and lemon-sorbet notes on display. This wine also provides fantastic support to veggie-heavy dishes like asparagusrisotto or pesto. And of course, any type of grilled seafood would be elevated by the key lime-squeezed on a seashell flavors erupting from the glass.
