So for those of you who’ve been ridingwith us all along,it should be no surprise that we present you with afoudre-fermented Czech-style lageras this year’s anniversary beer.
Undone is essentially the foudre fermented version of Yore. It’s brewed entirely with Czech ingredients and hopped with 100% Late Czech Saaz, named so because it’s left on the hop bine (bine= vine) longer to enhance its citrus character.Foudre fermentation enhances the fuller notesof this beer with subtle elements of toasted marshmallow, resulting in a creamierlager.
