Born out of curiosity, great patience, and some leftover wines that didn’t fit in smaller barrels. Milan created a solera system in one of his first-ever Stockinger barrel, let the wine live in there without any expectations or projections, and today after 4 years we have this great cuvee!
As the name suggests, ‘Dopamin’ is lively and relaxed, bursting with golden apple, fennel, candied lemon, and a faint oxidative note to keep things grounded. The zesty citrus is rounded off by a mellow quality from the years spent in the large barrel. Balance in a bottle.
Absolutely low intervention, with grapes fermenting spontaneously, gentle foot-stomping, and bottled unfined, unfiltered, and with no added sulphur.
