Medium to full-bodied, ample and pillowy, it’s lively and long, concluding with chalky grip. This attractive introduction to the range always sees a minimum of three years sur lattes. Crispand minerally, this harmonious Champagne offers notes of pear, oyster shell, lemon peel, anise and a touch of toast riding the satiny mousse. Pinot Meunier, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.
