Tasting Notes:Rose petals on the nose, soft and pretty. Gently warming, deeply satisfying. The whole fruit mash is quite delicate so it is no surprise that this spirit is so nuanced once in the bottle and rested.

The Swiss distiller has managed to capture the very essence of Washington Sweet Heart cherries for a perfect pairing alongside dark chocolate or espresso or any kind of cheese, but preferably of Swiss origin.
