Tasting Notes: The nose is nougat and perfumed oak, complimented by candied orange peel. The more it rests the more cane sugar sweetness grows, along with worn leather and a nip of clove.

The palate begins with those citrus sugars and nougat, but quickly transitions to Dr. Pepper and Cherry Cola with honey-dipped oak. Its more buttery than effervescent, but elements of both are at play.The finish continues long and strong, adding in dark chocolate ganache, ginger, and clove spice. The cherry soda from the palate begins to shift towards wild cherry icee as it fades in a long, creamy, oaky finish.
