Nose: Sweet cherries, Lemongrass, Wintergreen, Milk Chocolate
Body: Dry and lightly buttery; caraway seed, toasted sesame, and a hint of bitter orange
Finish: Tannic, whole grains fading to 100% cocoa nibs
