Description
This is made of 100% Chardonnay from 3 parcels around the Premier Cru Vaillons all of which are greater than 40 year old vines atop Kimmeridgian limestone. In the cellar this was native fermented and aged in stainless steel. The nose shows the warmth of the vintage with a light beeswax with some ripe stone fruits and citrus pith. On the palate there is moderate texture and acidity with a light mix of citrus and white fleshed stone fruits.
