Clynelish 27 Year Old Authors’ Series

A single cask release from the Clynelish distillery in the Highlands, by family-owned, Scotch whisky distiller, blender and independent bottler Hunter Laing in their First Editions Author’sSeries, a range paying tribute to great writers of years past. This release features Edward Everett Hale, an American author, historian and minister. Distilled in November 1993, matured for 27 years in an ex-bourbon barrel and bottled in March 2021. Only 170 bottles were produced. Non-chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at a cask strength of 53.8%.
