Our first Old Pulteney single cask from the Highland distillery, and the first for SA. Distilled in 2006, matured in a first-fill ex-bourbon cask and bottled in 2021. Only 210 bottles were produced.Non-chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at a cask strength of 59.9%. (Bottle size 750ml)
Nose: Apple sweetness and hints of sweet honey are backed by delicate spices and coconut.
Palate: Notes of sweet fruit and cinnamon.
Finish: A spicy, slightly salted finish.
