Crystal-clear appearance. A perfect harmony and balance between aromas and flavors. A broad and complex range of notes where herbs, earth, and citrus take the lead. Hints of tropical fruits and vanilla, but overall dominated by cooked agave, sweet potato, black pepper, volcanic minerals, and grapefruit. Bottled at 40% ABV.
