The nose on this brew is a collection of steamed rice, grain, melon, and blueberry elements. The front label on this sake is actually a traditional back label with all of the pertinent info youll ever need. This is a very solid sake that is balance personified. There is a velvety flow of fruit elements, but does not drink fruity. It has a tremendous mouth feel. It is smooth and round, with hints of unripe pear, melon, white grape, and red apple.
