Tasting Notes: Herbal and sweet on the nose. It’s a glass of green tea with honey and a slice of lemon. While the nose is nice, the palate is delicious. It’s fig jam, buttered toast sprinkled with cinnamon and toasted oak. An incredibly complex taste and mouthfeel. Finish is nice and lone. Oak, citrus oil and stone fruit initially. That moves to black pepper and mint on the end.
